A1 Automotive Repair - Seward

It was okay, but not great. I love being able to make an appointment online and the communication. So that's great. Though, my appointment time was 7:30 and no one was there. Once the first staff came around 7-8 minutes later, he said it'd be 8am before anyone else would be in to actually start working on my car. They finally got my car in at 8:20. Once they got it in, the service was fine and took about how long I'd expect. Someone else came in while I was there and had been told to come back that morning to get a loaner so her ar could be repaired, and the guy said "I don't know why I told you that yesterday, because we don't have loaners". They told her to come back Monday and "maybe" they'd have a loaner car. I will come try again as it just seems like maybe they still have some systems to figure out. UPDATE: Changed my rating up to 4 stars. After them seeing my review they called to get more details and event gave me some money back for my services. As I said above, I will definitely try them again especially given so many other great reviews.

The entire process incredibly easy, from online booking to vehicle pickup. Their communication throughout the service was outstanding, keeping me informed every step of the way. The team did a very thorough job, and it was clear they take pride in their work. I highly recommend A1 Automotive and will definitely use them again.

I got my oil changed last week. It was such a simple and pleasant experience. The gentleman on the phone was kind and helpful, as was the guy when I dropped my car off. It was a quick and simple experience and they did a great job. We will definitely be back!

Car is running great! They didn’t necessarily tell me everything they worked on right away, and I asked for the left over parts and didn’t get those either. But otherwise great service and the car feels brand new!
