VERY UPSET. First off I set the appointment time up , they fail to get the car in that morning to work on it . Left me without a reliable car for the weekend . Second , I only wanted a exhaust and transmission fluid change. They couldn't even get to the fluid change by Monday..all they did was complain about installing a exhaust system. 3rd , the car now leaks oil on my driveway. It did this right after picking the car up from them .. and IT DID not do this prior. Very upset. This is why I am leaving the review. The owner didn't even work on my car it was his help..his help is lowsy. Owner needs to find better employees . So fair warning if you go there don't have anyone else but the owner work on your stuff !

I took my car in for a check engine light At 8 in the morning. At 2:30 I still hadn't heard anything so i gave them a call and he said it was a tune up that was needed And they were halfway done but he never called me to tell me before he started working on it. When it was finally done at 5 I went and he told me it was almost $800 for the tune up. He never gave a an estimate on cost or time before he had them start working on it. so if I was someone who didn't have the money I would have been in a lot of trouble. He needs better customer service practice on keeping his customers updated on estimated times estimated prices and what not. I was very unsatisfied with that part. The mechanic was awesome and my car was fixed.

We recently had the A/C go out on our vehicle. We showed up with no appointment to see if they could fit us in. Not only did they fit us in, but they diagnosed, and then fixed the problem in a much shorter timeline than they had estimated. When they finished the work they even came and picked me up so I wouldn't have to walk to retrieve our vehicle. They also gave us a military discount which we appreciated. HIGHLY recommend this business!

I was happy with the results. Fixed my broken tire sensor. Quoted me $20 something for labor charged me $88 once done the following week..guess that's how mechanics make money but honesty would have been nice. $60 bucks is a big difference. I don't think I would have had a problem with that had I been prepared instead of caught off guard. I was charged 100 to put on 4 tires by another shop 88 is a bit steep for one tire sensor that took about 30 mins. The job is done and I'm happy with that I guess i'll have to get quotes in writing from now on. Honesty is my number one thing especially with car shops I thought I would get that from my small town.

Had a leaf spring break on my vehicle and they came recommended from a family member. They did a great job, and the cost was on the low end of the national average for my vehicle. It will definitely be my first choice for my future repairs.
