Woodhouse Lincoln Service

We purchased a new Lincoln 7-1/2 years ago and also purchased the extended warranty and service package to ensure that it would last as long as possible; and we have not been disappointed. The extended warranty was for 8 years and/or 150K miles, and we are near the end of that contract, but I know that the money was well invested, not spent. If you intend to keep your car for a long time, you need to maintain it , and so we have been following the recommended service schedule over the course of this time, which was for the most part covered under the warranty. With very few exceptions, we have not had to pay any more than the deductible amount for the required service, so for that the extended service contract has been great. The Service Managers that we have worked with (usually Dwayne or Gavin, sorry if I left anyone out...) have always been courteous, respectful, honest and helpful to us, which has really been a blessing, especially when working with the warranty company. Since retiring, I wanted to have a dependable car that keeps operating as designed for long travel visits to family, and vacation, etc. My Continental has been the best car that I have ever owned, not just because of the great ride, all-wheel-drive power and exceptional fuel economy, but because of the service that Woodhouse has always provided. The valet service has been extremely welcome, so that we always have a great vehicle to drive while ours would be needing service, and we cannot overstate the peace that comes with that and also knowing that the work would be completed correctly and as quickly as possible. I have purchased 4 vehicles from multiple Woodhouse dealerships and have had some great experiences, but my most recent one exceeds expectations. Not only did Alec Riha communicate promptly ahead of our meeting, but he was also a total professional. He is well educated on the vehicles and options. I never felt pressured or rushed. The contract writing process was much of the same with Peter Plesher. He didn't drag out the process or pressure us into adding anything we didn't want to. The entire car buying experience was exceptional! I highly recommend shopping there for a luxurious and comfortable car buying experience.

Update to below review: there certainly were some issues with the service and not completely to the fault of Woodhouse Lincoln, after returning the car for a 3rd time, the new noise was due to a bad part (strut) that was installed and only discovered by driving. Woodhouse service accepted that it was under their responsibility and fixed the issue at no cost to me. I'm thankful for the correction and moved from 2 stars to 3, there was way too much stress (and money) involved with the whole issue, but they did make it right. First review: My service guy kept good communication but that was the best of the ordeal... took it in because of a "squeal when turning the wheel, they said struts, next day call said they ordered the wrong struts (RIGHT ONES WERE AN EXTRA $400) picked up third day ands still making noise enroute home, dropped it off yep days later because of scheduling, they said ball joint, next day they call, received the WRONG SIDE, picked up car following day. Squeal is gone but now there's a new rattle noise and I'm afraid to go back there 😡

Dwayne was great to work with. He did an amazing job getting my work order in on my car when it was the last day of my warranty. He kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. Even got someone to come pick me up to get to the dealership. Only wish they would have vacuumed my car out when they were vacuuming everyone else’s car.

I've taken my care to a couple of different places to have a vibration looked at. Each time they would balance the wheels but it never fixed the problem. I scheduled with Woodhouse Lincoln. When I came to pick my car up, Gavin nicely explained what they did to correct the problem.
