I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wheel Specialists in Omaha, Nebraska. Less than six months ago, I purchased a set of Dayton rims from them, along with the tires. Since the purchase, I have had ongoing problems with the rims leaking air. When you spend good money on custom wheels and tires, you expect quality products and customer service that stands behind what is sold. The most frustrating part is that after repeatedly trying to contact them about the issue, my calls have gone unanswered. I also sent a letter explaining the situation and have received no response. As a customer, I feel completely ignored after the sale was made. A company's reputation is built not only on the products it sells but also on how it treats customers when problems arise. In my experience, Wheel Specialists has not lived up to its word or provided the level of customer support I expected. I simply wanted them to address a problem with products that I purchased from them, but instead I have been met with silence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. I hope they start taking customer concerns seriously and improve the way they handle issues after the sale. Plus I’m in a totally different city and that’s my experience 2 Thumbs Down

I ordered my gold wires on Thursday and received the following Tuesday. Shipping was extremely fast and customer service and communication was excellent. I am in the Seattle area and know of at least a dozen people who got their set up from here. Jared with Wheel Specialists came highly recommended. That speaks volumes in working with a vendor all the way across the country. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service provided. Got a new set of 4 tires,fast service and...BEST PRICE IN NEBRASKA. Anyone that says otherwise is clout chasing.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE WHEELS FROM THIS PLACE THEY HAVE CHEAP PRIDUCT AND WHEN YOURE STILL UNDER WARRANTY THEY DON T ANSWER THE PHONE ESPECIALLY IF YOURE GOING TO PURCHASE ONLINE DONT THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND ONCE THEY REALIZE THEY HAVE TO HONOR YOUR WARRANTY IVE BEEN CALLING FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND HAVE UPDATED THIS REVIEW .......6/2/26....Purchased an 20" 82 spoke cross lace rim from them I had it shipped to St. Louis,. I originally purchased a set of rims like this from them. I needed to replace my rim because the rim spoke was coming loose. So I ordered another not less than a month ago and the rim is doing the same thing the spokes are loosening up. No one in my area knows how to fix these rims and I've contacted them and let them know what the problem was and then after that no answer, nothing directed to leave a message. I'm wanting to get my money back because like I said there is nothing that I can do here to get it fixed. Josh is the name of the person I was speaking to in reference to this and now no answering your business phone at all. Unprofessional at best I will be contacting the owner of this establishment Update 6/5/26 received an email and a text back from company finally recognizing that I had a warranty and that they were going to ship out a package for me to ship to manufacture. I asked for the manufacturers name wouldn't give it to me...and also instead of answering the phone for me he checked reviews and realized a negative review was posted and actually had the balls to tell me in a text that it was ridiculous ... thats why he was so helpful in the email but we are back at square one was supposed to follow up with me and still doesnt answer the phone I called at 9:44am and no answer today no nothing they ipen at 9am and this is the only way ill get answers but ill still be pushing this further because horrible customer service Update 6/5/26 called today and I guess since im calling from a 314 and he figures since Im out of town he's not going to answer the phone. Treat your online customers the same as you do the ones coming in the store .I even called and they picked the phone up and hang up I just have a question about what we discussed a few days ago but this unprofessional man wont answer the phone
