The best thing about Westgate is that I never felt taken advantage of. As a woman, I don't always feel the most comfortable taking my car to repair shops but this one put me completely at ease. Their reports are so clear and include pictures. They really help me understand what's going on. Work is done quickly and it's done well. Highly recommend this shop.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, they did quick, efficient work, the price was reasonable, and I got to pet a dog while I waited for my car’s service. 10/10 for both Falkor and the shop Nikki, their service consultant, was welcoming and friendly. She really added to the experience of trying a new shop and feeling like they’re knowledgeable and professional… but, professional presence aside, Nikki couldn’t hold a candle to Vince and Bud, who were proper gentlemen, exemplary workers, and could (probably) bench press more than Nikki.
View on GoogleI don’t know where to start with the service I received at WESTGATE HIGH-TECH AUTO CAR at 12300 WEST CENTER RD. I took my BMW there for a check up. I was welcomed by Nikki, the manager who attended to me with generous information about necessary diagnoses for my vehicle. The technicians were incredibly THOROUGH and the managers, Nikki and Bud gave me very good advise for my options. They gave me plenty of information and options. Everyone one in this garage was excellent. Nikki and Bud were SUPERB FRIENDLY managers. They are easy to talk to, extremely helpful, detail oriented, and just overall good people. They make you comfortable, they listen well, and THEY KEEP THEIR WORDS! They are very HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR CENTER to anyone who wants quality work in a friendly environment. I will return there for my future service needs. I like the people and their work. A big thank you to NIKKI, BUD, SEUTH AND EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED TO ME AT THIS REPAIR CENTER. Thank you. I will be back!
View on GoogleWonderful experience here, I was worried about a skipping feeling I had while using my cruise control on a long windy trip- they put the car on the lift and checked all fluids and did a system check and explained what I probably felt, said everything checked out and said no charge it was a courtesy check- I couldn’t believe it and I was ecstatic- they are so kind and helpful- I came back and had my oil changed the next day and it was awesome! I highly recommend them- they are honest, trustworthy and professional and the best in my opinion!!! And their doggie in the lobby is so adorable ❣️

Despite not getting work done on my old vehicle, I was blown away by their transparency and helpfulness. They provided excellent service and, without pressure, offered to help me inspect my next car. Five-star service! Nikki was absolutely amazing! Also, if you want to see a cute dog this is the place!
