The service from start to finish was very thorough, professional and honest, friendly too. I had an estimate from a similar shop that seemed a bit pricey plus I never felt the confidence that I did at this shop, I should mention the bill was almost 50% less…. Including serpentine belt and alternator etc.. and diagnostic services…. Pleasantly surprised, my 2003 4runner is purring like a tiger…. I am a loyal customer going forward!!

We talked about the service I needed and he was so honest with me… I dropped my car off in the morning and they had my brakes fixed by that afternoon. I travel for living so with the convenience and speed that they offered I would definitely go back and highly recommend them.

Always willing to answer the phone - no matter the employee - and spend time understanding your issues and a plan for fixing them. I’ll continue to come here in the future! Happy to have a place I can trust! (Just used their waiting room for the first time on my last visit. Great chairs, coffee and snacks. Awesome perk!)
View on Googleservice was good, they sent me the quote and talked me through what they found. I brought it in because I knew my steering coupler had failed and the did confirm that. They also noted that my shocks should be replaced soon, but could wait a bit if I would like (they’re the original ones to the car). We talked about waiting till the fall and replacing tires then which felt like a good plan. I am aware two of my tires need replacing. I was appreciative that they talked to me about that and we found a good plan. Car did take a while to get done but overall it drives great and I feel comfortable and confident driving my car, no concerns about that quality of it. I did have to drop my car off twice for it to get done but they help with rides too and from the shop so it was not too much of an inconvenience. Very nice staff.
View on GoogleAfter doing a lot of research, I decided to try West Omaha Auto Service, and my first few visits were great — and I felt confident my car was being well cared for. Over time however, the quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism from the staff declined. Each visit started to feel less thorough, and small issues or inconsistencies became more noticeable. Nothing catastrophic, but enough to make me lose the confidence I once had in their service. The declining attention to detail and increasingly rude interactions from staff ultimately pushed me to take my business elsewhere.
