They will absolutely not rip you off. Both myself and my son have gone here and we're so, so, so happy to have found them! I won't be using any other auto service but West Center Auto and neither will my son. The best!

Driving a 19-year-old car, having a reliable and honest mechanic nearby is a MUST. My car is in the shop for some routine maintenance (and sometimes not-so-routine maintenance) about every 4-6 months. I have brought my car here 4 times, twice for minor/small repairs and twice for routine maintenance or larger repairs. Each time has been great! When I first moved to Omaha, in late summer of 2023, I asked a few coworkers where I should go and West Center Automotive was the #1 option recommended to me. They are very quick to repair my vehicle, often finishing within 24 hours if it is something minor, and they have never had to keep my vehicle more than 3 business days when it has been something major or something requiring additional parts to be purchased. In this current climate, many of us have struggled with the rising cost of goods and services. Since I am newer to the area, I can’t comment on previous years but I can tell you that what Terry and his team charge for their services is absolutely fair pricing! As a woman in her mid-20s, I have been to my share of shops where they might try to overcharge me or oversell me because I might not know better but that has never, ever been my experience at West Center Auto. They are friendly, respectful, kind, and they care about the quality and safety of my vehicle. Being from out of state, this definitely puts my family’s mind at ease knowing my car and I are in good hands. They always make safety a priority and explain what they repaired and why. They are short and to the point but provide really good information. This is always helpful so I know how to go about repairs or upkeep on those parts in the future! There might not be someone in the front of the shop every second because they are so busy repairing vehicles so just be patient and wait, they always come to the front quickly and as soon as they can! Terry and his team are awesome and I 100% recommend bringing your car here for any of your auto repair needs! Thanks y’all!

i am beyond grateful today. i had been to an auto shop the day before where they had told me i only had an issue with the caliper on one break and i knew i was being over charged at the other shop anyway. so that’s what i came in and paid for this morning. come to find out that wasn’t all that needed fixed he called to let me know what else he was going to take care of and when i came to pick up my car i didn’t get charged any more then on top of that he checked my break fluid for me. i was freaking out about how much i’d have to pay to get my car fixed and i got an amazing deal here. would definitely recommend thanks so much!

Driving across the country and started having an issue with our truck. They got us in right away, took a look, made some minor adjustments and got us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend

So the poor rating is not reflective of the mechanical service but rather the customer service. We had to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced and the belts replaced on our minivan so I stopped by and got a quote. After calling in the AM there seemed to be a disconnect when I arrived to have the work done. But all was done as requested. When I got home my wife mentioned that the old tires were still in the back of the van and to my surprise they were. When I called the shop to let them know they forgot to take the tired they explained that was a state tax that had nothing to do with them and that I didn't purchase the tires from them. I mentioned that I had called some other shops some of which were less expensive and all included tire disposal I was interrupted in a very nasty tone with the following "We don't price match we never did and we never will. We do quality work so we just don't care" Then the call got disconnected. When I called back I was told the fee for disposal was $3 per tire. So I get the price match deal but why the attitude and why not tell me there was a fee for disposal ahead of time? Am I the only one who has no idea what to do with used tires? I will likely bring the tires to them and pay the extra $12 but that will be the LAST time I patron that shop! "Although your customers won’t love you if you give bad service, your competitors will."
