Check engine light resulted in a day at Toyota for a sensor repair. Everything was fantastic - from Morgan and Tai as my service managers to Byron and Gabe taking me to and from work, I couldn't have been in better hands. Thanks VPT!
View on GoogleBrought our new car into VP Toyota for its 10k service. Asked to put a license plate on the front. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry the parts to do so. Asked about help getting the remote start working. Unfortunately, they don’t do that and should call Toyota. They returned the car after service with a crack from the bottom of the windshield to the top. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about it because we brought it in with a chip. Apparently, the 100 point inspection, which we passed with flying colors did not pick up on the crack or chip AND no one noticed the windshield cracking while they were servicing it. Also, told us to go somewhere else to get the windshield fixed. If you would like a good honest customer service I would avoid Village Pointe Toyota. .

I've tried calling twice and both times no one picked up and it wouldn't let me leave a message. Abysmal service!!!!! Original: I got an oil change here on Saturday, June 10. They also changed the enginee air filter. prior to this, the last time ANYONE even lifted the hood of the car was when I brought it here the last time for an oil change. On Monday, my check engine light came on as well as the stability control/traction warning light. I called the shop and they said it was safe to bring it in as long as the lights were not flashing. On the way in, my car flatlined on a busy road. I had low/no power steering and no power. I managed to guide it onto the shoulder, but then had to call a tow truck to get it to the shop. When they looked at it, they found that the engine air intake line was loose and the clamp had been moved. I had them show me how they change the engine filter and it very clearly showed the line moving. However, they absolutely refuse to acknowledge that they caused the damage and are refusing to reimburse me for towing fees. I talked to the manager and he said they would "work" with me and my insurance company, but that is going on two weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I am absolutely disgusted by their level of service and their ridiculous insistance that this is just a "coincidence". I will NEVER bring my car back.

View on GoogleHave gotten my first few oil changes here and had a recall for my car so got that done since I bought the car here. Not good at communicating about parts being there so had to call multiple times to make sure I would get the service done so I did not have to come back twice. Thought it was going to be done at another appointment but wasn't. Will probably start going to another place to get my oil changed.
