After getting 2 outrageous quotes from other metro area shops for rear brake pad replacement I randomly stopped by to talk to this neighborhood shop. The twins were great got me set up with an appointment quick, & didnt try to bs or upsell me! They completed the work on my vehicle for a realistic price, quickly, acurately, and professionally! I’ve been taking my vehicles to Tim at Twins Auto for years, and I can confidently say the service is outstanding. Tim has worked there for a long time, and his experience and knowledge really show in the quality of his work. Most recently, he repaired my suspension, and the difference was immediate—everything feels solid and drives like new again. Over the years, he’s handled numerous repairs on my trucks, and every time he had done an excellent job and explained everything to me very well. He’s honest, skilled, and takes the time to make sure everything is done properly. If you’re looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Twins Auto and Tim Kraft.

This shop was recommended to me by my extended warranty service provider so I gave them a call. Front desk girl who answered the phone was NOT helpful at all. I mentioned to her that the shop was recommended to me by my provider and asked if I could speak with a service advisor. She tells me that usually service advisors dont usually get on the phone. So I asked if an advisor can call.me back as I naturally had questions regarding their services. She said its not a guarantee that they csn call me back and just wanted to schedule an appointment. Just the worse front desk I have ever dealt with.
