Came in to see a new set of rims and left with this awesome set of rims Great place and helpful people. I was greeted as soon as I got off my car and was ask how they can help. Was on my way in an hour Highly recommended!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by Tommy’s with no appointment just to look at wheels and was immediately greeted and helped. The team took the time to go through all my wants and needs and showed me multiple options. I had a great experience — these guys move fast and work together like a NASCAR pit crew! What really stood out was how personal and genuine they were. While my truck was being worked on, I watched a little old lady pull up asking for some air in her tire. One of the techs helped her within seconds. When she tried to give him money, he kindly declined, thanked her, and told her to have a blessed day with a big smile. GREAT PEOPLE! From now on, anything that has to do with tires or wheels, I’m only going to Tommy’s. Best in the “O”! Thank you so much! 🙌

Got new tires today, look and feel great. Tpms sensors worked when i drove up and they couldn't get then to work before I left. Went to the millard location to see what they think. They found that one of the sensors was completely missing causing the misread. Looks like the sensor was broke and not replaced in the process of installing new tires. Wanted to charge $65 for a new sensor still.

Had a flat tire, called them basically right after opening. They were the only shop with my tire, got me in and out for a perfectly fair price faster than I could have even gotten the wheel off by myself. Forgot the name of the manager, but he was awesome. (as were the rest of the staff)

Just a little over two months later, one of my wheels flies off my car while I’m driving with my child in the back seat and slams into my neighbor’s gate. We check the tire and find out there were only THREE lug studs on that wheel instead of SIX. Because of that, the pressure was too much, and those three studs SNAPPED completely off. This wasn’t wear and tear—this was straight-up negligence. Every other tire has six studs like it should. So don’t tell me this was a fluke. Someone at your shop didn’t finish the damn job, and now I’m left dealing with the damage. We called and spoke to Tommy, and he tells us we should’ve come back monthly to have the lug nuts checked, and since it’s “past warranty,” there’s nothing y’all can do. Let’s be real—that’s complete BS. No one told us anything about coming back monthly, and even if they did, this wheel wasn’t even installed properly to begin with. The lug nuts are behind the rim—you’d have to take the whole damn thing off to even get to them, so there’s no way they just “came off.” They were never on right. Now here’s what I’m really pissed about: • My front end is bent • My caliper is cracked • My neighbor’s gate is fed up* • And most importantly, my child and I were in that car when it hit the ground I wouldn’t have even been this mad if it was just a matter of reattaching a tire and driving off—but now, this is way more than $2,000. Y’all caused real damage, and someone could’ve seriously gotten hurt. At this point, we’ll be having our lawyer contact you directly. This isn’t just some little warranty issue anymore—this is a serious liability. I’m giving you the opportunity to do the right thing and handle this before it gets taken to court.
