We were traveling from Denver to Boston and got a flat in Nebraska. Even though they didn’t have the metal wheel, they contacted several places and sent us to Andersons Wreaking Co in Kearney after selling us the tire. Between the two of them, we were able to get back on the road in only a few hours. Frankly, I was impressed, as it was a holiday weekend and many places were closing up early or already closed, and we could have been waiting a few days if they hadn’t helped us the way they did. Thank you kindly!

I was in a crunch with time they excellent with getting me in quickly And proficiently took care of my needs. I would recommend these guys to anybody where other companies will turn you away if they get too busy these guys won’t. I loved there Service

Excellent Customer Service!! It’s so stressful sometimes when your vehicle has to go into the shop, but Matt and Chad are the best and they bring the stress level down (a lot!!) by answering all of my questions and keeping me informed!! The mechanics are top notch!! I feel completely at ease when my vehicle is in their shop, which is very rare. Other shops try to force other, add-on services, besides the service that you brought your vehicle in for, these guys don’t do that. You have to shop around for the right doctor for your family the right Veterinarian for your pets, you have to do the same for your vehicle and T O Haas on 51st and L Street, Omaha, is the only place that I trust to work on my Jeep!! ***** Patty

I have a distain for writing bad reviews especially for people who are friendly to me. Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review due to my time being wasted. I set an appointment online for a wheel alignment and oil change for what I assume is the last slot due to their shop closing at 5. I arrived 10 minutes or so before my appointment to ensure the work can be done in a timely manner. I called 6 hours ahead to ensure that the work can be done. On the phone call earlier that day I get told that they only have time for one or the other. So I said that’s fine because I just changed out my rack and pinion so the wheel alignment is the most important work right now. Fast forward, i arrive at the shop, I walk inside and speak to a very nice gentleman that I have an appointment at 4 and that I had a coupon for $69.99 alignment. The gentlemen take my coupon and my information. As he’s typing he’s telling me The coupon seemed to not be working, but he ensured that it would be fine. So he takes my keys, I go sit down, 10 minutes later I hear my name. I get told, “I’m sorry but our machine is down and we cannot do the work for you.” Now I’m not mad at the gentleman because he was very nice. But I think a sense of more organization on the matters of ensuring your machines are working before the appointments you have lined up should be in order. Maybe make an excel sheet to organize your day and ensure before each appointment said machines are in order. It makes one mind think that nefarious plans are in place to make sure the “shop guys are able to get out of work on time.” Because I’ve been there and am still there. It’s not okay to waste one’s time that took time off of work to get service done at your place of business. End of review: don’t think I’ll be going back ever to this location. I’m going to assume they didn’t want my business because it was an hour before closing time. If anyone asks if they should go here, I’ll recommend their competitors. Thanks

What an amazing team - we were stranded 500 miles from home on Memorial Day weekend following a tire blowout but TO Hass came to our rescue and got us back on the road without any fuss. Excellent service.
