I don't do many reviews, but I was so impressed with Jon at Sunset Automotive that I felt I needed to give him a review. He recently sold us a used car and it was by far the easiest, friendliest, most straightforward car buying experience I have ever had. Jon was honest about the car and did not pressure us. He approached the sale as the auto technician that he is, talking about all of the normal maintenance problems that had already been taken care of and what to expect of the car in the future. He even offered to drive it to our regular mechanic to have it inspected before we arrived. He sent us on our way with a full gas tank too. I also witnessed Jon working with another customer that had his car in to the shop for repairs. Jon talked with this customer, recommending no repairs, but rather an observance approach, as nothing was urgent at the time. It's just this sort of honesty that will garner lifelong customer loyalty.
