***EDIT*** I took my truck to another shop and they found in 20 minutes that I had a severely failed wheel bearing. There is no excuse this was missed. I would highly recommend not bringing your vehicles to Starkey. I took my vehicles to these guys for years, until lately things started to slip and there was less and less quality of care. I took my truck there for a noise I was experiencing which required me to book a two week appointment. I showed up, they couldn't duplicate the noise and told me to drive it around until it came back. I left the shop, the noise was even worse. I took it straight back. The truck has sat for just over two days now and Allan told me that he's been trying to look at it between other jobs. So now the truck is not his priority. What's the point of booking weeks out? He still couldn't find the noise, which he initially thought was a pebble stuck in a heat shield? LOL. The front end is rattling and clunking. They require weeks notice for appointments. WEEKS. People have jobs, lives, kids, etc. DO NOT take your vehicle to these people. They were decent before but something has changed and Starkey is no longer what they once were. I have been a very understanding customer, I have dealt with the appointments for a while, not calling every hour. I have spent thousands of dollars here and they will not see another penny.

I took my car there to get a second opinion on some repairs other mechanic said I needed asap. Out of the six repairs I was told I needed, Allan (the main mechanic and owner)said I only needed one. He’s a very honest guy a rare gem living in this dishonest world. Price was excellent, employees were really friendly and accommodating, work was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend it!!!
