It's honestly hard for me to properly express how positive my experience was with SLM Auto Care. They installed five carbon fiber aero pieces on my 2021 Audi S5, and the entire experience exceeded EVERY expectation I had. It was obvious from the moment I dropped off the car that Alex and his Team genuinely care about their customers and take absolute pride in their craftsmanship. The fitment was absolutely flawless. Every piece lined up perfectly and looked like it came straight from the factory. They paid incredible attention to detail, kept me informed throughout the process, and treated my car with the same level of care expect they show their own. What impressed me the most was Alex's professionalism. Finding a shop that combines exceptional technical skill with outstanding customer service is rare, but he and his Team delivered on both. The communication was honest (including professional recommendations), the turnaround time was exactly as promised, and the finished product completely transformed the look of my S5. This was, without question, one of the very best experiences I've ever had with any automotive business. My only single regret is that I had found them sooner! When I pull into SLM, it feels a lot like showing up at a friend’s garage. It’s a welcoming place where you’re treated like you’re the only customer, even though there’s always a steady stream of cars coming and going. Alex, Jeff, and the entire team have worked on my wagon, and the best compliment I can give them is that everything they’ve fixed has stayed fixed. Their attention to detail extends beyond the cars, too. You could walk into the shop wearing a white tuxedo and leave just as clean as when you walked in. They’re a great group of professionals and even better car enthusiasts, and it shows in the work they do.

This was our first time going to SLM and we couldn’t be more impressed! They were incredibly friendly and amazing to work with. We really appreciated how thorough their vehicle inspection was. I particularly liked how it was emailed and we can filter the report itself even. We have never been anywhere that fully details everything in the report including the invoicing. They also were so prompt and took care of everything we needed and answering any questions we had. They have our AMG running great and definitely won’t be going anywhere else! 100% recommend!

I came to my appointment early, instead of having me wait or come back, the service worker took a late lunch to get my car in. I will not come early next time but that’s the type of integrity I experienced. The people who worked the desk were very kind and helpful with researching some brake pad issues on my model, as well. Would recommend to my family, friends and community.

This is my first time taking my Audi SQ5 in for repairs to SLM. The entire process was very professional, from the check-in through the completion of the repair process. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Everyone that I was in contact with at SLM were extremely professional. After the repairs were completed, they have been in contact with me to make sure our vehicle is running great. I thought the cost of repairs were very reasonable, and the work was completed faster than expected.
