I had an excellent experience with Roger's Tire. I sent him a text on a Thursday afternoon because one of my tires wasn't maintaining air pressure, and he responded very quickly. He offered to get me in the very next day, but I wasn't available, so he told me to stop by anytime Monday afternoon. When I arrived on Monday, Roger got me right in. He was knowledgeable, honest, and had my tire repaired promptly. He found a nail in the tire and even showed it to me before completing the repair. What really impressed me was Roger's honesty. Another tire shop had recommended replacing the tire altogether at a cost of around $275. He determined the tire was safely repairable, fixed it, and saved me a significant amount of money. On top of the great service, Roger was friendly. I enjoyed a brief conversation with him about RAM and Chevy trucks after he finished the repair. It's refreshing to find a business that values honesty, quality work, and customer service. I highly recommend Roger's Tire to anyone in the Omaha metro needing tire service, and Roger will definitely be my first call for any future tire needs in the Omaha metro!
