I took my truck in September and they diagnosed it with a miss in the number 8 cylinder witch ultimately led to engine failure.. These guys told me if I sourced a motor the would do the job for an estimate of 1500$ I understood that the price could be a little bit more. That’s not the issue. It’s now February and I scheduled the repair, I’ve sourced a motor all the way from Kansas City now these guys are saying they won’t touch it.. So not only am I out of a person to do the repair I’ve spent several hundreds of dollars in travel to get to Kansas and back with a motor. I honestly was impressed with these guys back in September but after all this it’s very frustrating to say, these guys aren’t men of their word, If they can change there mind in an hour after stopping in to schedule the appointment then what els aren’t they trust worthy about. Truck in photo is the parts truck I had to source from Kansas. I did the labor to remove the engine. So I held up my end of the deal.

Something happened this weekend with our vehicle. We took it in and we were beyond words. They helped us and fixed the issue. They were kind and professional and understanding. I cannot express how wonderful this place is...they are honest good people to do business with. I'm sorry for being upset when I left a voice mail. I was just upset with my situation at the time. After two terrible experiences at another Omaha Car Care location — where a mechanic did my oil change, upsold me on services I didn't need, kept me waiting five hours, and never put the drain plug back in so oil leaked EVERYWHERE — I tracked down Tom at his new location. I came in today without an appointment, panicked about oil leaking everywhere, but Tom to the rescue! He pulled my car in within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem immediately, and gave me a complimentary oil change to make it right — no hesitation, no argument, just accountability and kindness. He didn't have to do that. He did it anyway. That's rare. If you want honest, trustworthy service from someone who actually cares — find Tom at this location. He's the real deal.
View on GoogleMy F150 was acting up inconsistently. It is a 15-year-old truck so I was anticipating a large repair bill. I brought my vehicle in to OCC, Not only did they have a loaner vehicle ready for me to use, But they had it diagnosed within two hours! It was a simple fix, Not a major repair like I anticipated. They could’ve got it fixed the same day, but they had to order a part and it could not get delivered in time to do the repair that day. Billy was amazing at communicating the diagnosis and the repair. To put a cherry on top, It was about $1000 less than I was anticipating spending. The OCC Team at the Harrison Street location are amazing! We done Gentlemen!
