I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. After placing an order, I reached out to request proof of a refund for an issue with my purchase. Instead of addressing my concern, they responded rudely and canceled my entire order without explanation. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable for any business. The customer service team was dismissive and showed no willingness to assist or resolve the issue politely. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company if you expect even a basic level of professionalism and respect. This review outlines the key points without being too inflammatory. It focuses on the facts of your experience while still expressing your dissatisfaction. Mr.Drake cancelled my whole order just because I asked for proof of refund for them swapping a part cause they didn’t have what I ordered so I asked for a emailed confirmation of a refund to save both parties a hassle if something happed he was very rude on the phone I guess he got his feeling hurt so he canceled my whole order don’t buy from them and canceled my whole order and never told me I found out a week later trying to figure out were my package was logged in and said I had never made an order with them
