I didn't have any work done but when I went in & talked to them.....I have to tell one of the best conversations I have had with a service advisor.....I didn't catch his name but the way he explained. everything to me made it very easy for me to understand a complex issue.....go there good guy. Also I don't know who's in charge of this, but whoever does the jokes every week or so absolutely hilarious on the sign.Look for it.

They took care of my car after a curb "jumped out at me" and did a lot more destruction than just a flat tire.... They got my car done speedy quick and were very responsive. Will give you a fair and honest price as well. I would recommend them to anyone and wish I found them sooner!

Super personable, reliable, and honest; they'll be honest with you, and offer great insight for taking care of your vehicle (really great when you're mostly self-taught). Mike & the guys gave me a good deal on repairs to my Honda CR-V, gave me some advice for driving through the desert for our upcoming move, and gave a great experience the whole way through. When I had an issue with my check-engine light coming on at pick-up in the parking lot, I went back in to ask, and they adjusted the issue immediately with no cost.
View on GoogleFiancé’s car was clunking in the front end… turns out the ball joint was missing the pinch bolt. Scary stuff. Midtown auto diagnosed the issue and put a new bolt in for free. Wouldn’t take any money for it. Super honest and easy to work with, this shop is excellent.
View on GoogleI was involved in a car crash and this shop took care of me right from the start, even asking if I was okay when I called to see if they could get me in. They took my car in right away and were extremely kind and helpful, especially with me anxiously asking a bunch of questions! They finished the car one day ahead of the quoted time and saw to it that I could pick it up even after they had closed. I think David was one of the people I spoke to on the phone that made this whole unfortunate experience an absolute breeze. Not only do they have fantastic customer service skills, but my car is back to the way it was when I got it! Actually, they even made it smell nice and must have vacuumed a bit. I can not recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much to the awesome people at Midtown Auto, you have yourself a repeat customer for sure.
