Lyle's Complete Automotive Repair

I talked to April for an appointment. She told me just to look at the car was a $65.00 charge. They did not tell me of a 3% surcharge if paying with a credit card. She did not tell they preferred cash. I agreed to pay the $65.00. The work was done. As I paid the bill I noticed the surcharge & asked about it. I was pointed to a sign high on the wall. That's the first I knew of it. They do not take checks either. I did not see the sign. April & the other management guy had the opportunity to tell me about the surcharge several times. They did not mention it until I asked. Any good business will disclose all their fees. Was the price fair? I don't know. I do feel they took advantage of me. I do not carry hundreds of dollars of cash on me. Hopefully they do quality work. Time will tell. They did not give full disclosure of their prices! I will not be back.

Lyle's has become my go-to for any auto repairs. They were recommended to me years ago for a drivetrain repair, which they completed quickly and for a reasonable price. Since then I have recommended them to friends and family, all of whom have had excellent experiences. They make sure the job is done right the first time, quickly, for a good price and make you feel like a valued customer every time. They let you know of maintenance needs that might be upcoming without upselling you or trying to make you feel like you HAVE to get that done RIGHT NOW.

I moved over a year ago and I still compare every shop to this one. Matt and April provide unmatchable customer service. They welcome you in, give you honest insight, and never pressure you for any transaction. Seriously, I called them multiple times with so many questions and stopped in for quick checks when I was concerned and every single time they helped. I never once felt like they took advantage of me or overcharged me. They didn't just fix my cars but always took the time to explain things to me so I could walk away with knowledge and understanding. Because of them I feel empowered to advocate at other shops and figure out how to find the good ones. They are the good ones. I'm proud to say that they helped me find a good used car and fixed it up to safely send me out of Omaha. My Honda had over 220,000 miles on it at the time and it's still going strong! 10/10 will always recommend this team!

A couple of weeks before Thanksgiving I scheduled a visit to Lyle’s on the recommendations of 2 of my brothers. Both had very good experiences with Lyle’s. I, too, had a great experience with Lyle’s. We have an older van that we use almost solely for in-town driving. Matt was very thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done and in explaining the work that might need to be done in the future - or possibly not at all. Matt was very patient in answering my questions as well. April was very pleasant and professional in setting the appointment and in relaying information to me. April, as well, was very patient in answering my questions. At no point in the process did I ever feel rushed by the folks at Lyle’s. I will definitely return to Lyle’s for future automotive needs. I have - and will continue to - highly recommend Lyle’s to others for their automotive needs as well. Thanks so much, Matt & April, for going above and beyond!

I had emergency with my car I pulled up to Lyles and they found time to fix my car within 15 minutes. I was so impressed. Great customer service. The gentleman that helped me was so kind. Very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what I needed to get me back on the road. I highly recommend my family and friends to Lyle’s! Thank you Matt
