Been going to these guys for the past few years and it is always a great experience. Great price, great communication, and every tech has always been so nice - even offering snacks to our kids while we wait. 2 years ago we moved to Bellevue and, when we can, we still make the drive to come to them for our oil changes and filter replacements. Easily the best in Omaha.

Had my oil changed here back in February and honestly had the best experience. The owner, Jordan, had told me next time I needed an oil change to give them a call so we could set something up because something with my oil cap was tricky getting off and he wanted another set of eyes on it. I called this morning to explain and I’m not sure who answered the phone, but they were rude and laughed like I had no idea what I was talking about. I stated exactly what I was told last time and the man said he has no idea what I’m talking about and not sure how he’s supposed to help me, let out a little laugh and said to just come in and they can look it. I asked if Jordan was available or if there is a different number to call. The point in calling beforehand was to give you guys a heads up so I wouldn’t have to make two trips and it would be done correctly the first time. I was just doing what I was instructed to do and to get someone on the other end making you feel stupid is definitely not appreciated. Update: Jordan reached out directly to get this taken care of. Was super nice and professional, thank you.

Just got my second oil change here and the experience was just as great as the first time. I highly recommend going mid day during the week as there’s virtually no wait time to get in, plus they are beating dealership prices for oil changes so I’ll take that any day. I will for sure becoming back again.

Very quick and friendly service. I personally have never been to an oil change where you can just sit in your car and chill while they work on it. This place is not even closest to where I live but I go out of my way to get car taken care of here!
