Should be zero stars. Made $500 deposit on 16 Oct 2025 to get parts. Never heard back. Called Dec 2025, never heard back. Called Jan 2026, never heard back. Went to shop middle of business day and it was locked up. Called in Feb, Andre said he finally got parts, but needed better weather and told me to call back in March. Called back in March numerous days leaving messages, during great weather. Andre finally calls me back only to swear at me. This is not a business. You get an answering machine. Andre doesn’t return calls, and most of the time the shop is closed up. Stay away! That is crooked. $500 just spent on nothing, no parts, no service, and then he yells and swears at me!

I looked at a lot of reviews and called a couple places. K11 was the spot. Expect to book in advance because this shop is BUSY for all the right reasons. I took my newly imported '94 Mitsubishi RVR in for an alternator swap, I had already bought the replacement alternator but had run into issues with installing it. Leo handled it like it was nothing, he even fixed the part with a new fitting and plugged up the old alternator and returned it to me without me asking. He told me the new voltages and things to look out for. Leo had great communication, was friendly and knowledgeable, did quick/clever/solid work and the price was spot on. Again, book in advance, this shop is premier.

I went to this place with one of my friend's reference and I had my engine light and traction light on in my Volkswagon Passat. These guys Andre and Leo fixed it for a reasonable price. The work was on time as promised and the budget was fixed as mentioned. I will do my future repairs from K11 Auto Repair.
