So this review is long overdue! I moved here from out of state with an old car that I couldn’t afford to replace yet. Back home I had my mechanic who kept her running so when I got here I needed to find one. I tried a few, one of which really ripped me off. Jensen is around the corner from my new (at the time) work so I thought this could be perfect. And it was. They kept my old car going until it was time to cut my losses and buy a newer car. I have all the things that make dealing with car issues tough. Single mom, work full time, 1 car and a teenage daughter who is now driving and using it. The guys at Jensen have come to know me, I am able to drop it off first thing in the morning. It’s always ready in time for school pick up or by the end of the work day. They don’t recommend unnecessary treatments or repairs, they don’t take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge. Their goal is to help me keep my car running well and keep it safe for both my daughter and myself. And they always find time for quick, same day maintenance like oil changes or dead batteries. As a woman with limited car knowledge and a limited budget taking my car in is about as scary as going to the doctor. You never know what they’re going to discover. At this Jensen they help stay ahead of things to prevent huge issues. My car is there right now getting an oil change and inspection. So tonight when my daughter is out driving around at least I won’t have the worry of car issues!

Consumer Beware. I am more than unimpressed with their services at this location. Specifically with Andrew, albeit I called their corporate office to speak with Allen due to Andrew's silver tongue slick talking ways that only appears to be half truths and a story line regarding a tire warranty. How does he say it, " I go to bat for my customer's, I make sure my customer's get everything that's owed to them, I take real good care of my customer's." Mean while my alignment is off, that he was supposedly going to chexk on as an additional service to me? Maybe y'all have had better experiences at this location but I did not. I also have a bone to pick with Home Pride Roofing after catching six nails in my tires that sent me here in the first place. I know a better mechanic than this, time over time. Stay blessed friends.
View on GoogleThey worked on my car immediately, even though I didn’t have an appointment. They clearly explained the work that needed to be done and let me approve via text. They covered the seat and steering wheel with plastic when they drove it. They stayed late so I could pick up my car and have it for the next day. A truly wonderful experience — if you can call having your car fixed wonderful.
