I can't say enough good things about this tire shop. I unexpectedly needed a new tire and was pretty stressed about the situation, but the team made everything so much easier. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. They went out of their way to explain everything clearly, and got me back on the road quickly. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
View on GoogleI really can't say enough about the customer service I have been provided. Manny, the store manager, went above and beyond for me with my warranty company. As you know, warranty companies will find a will and a way to not cover you. Manny spent time going back and forth, back and forth, and more back and forth for over 3 weeks and I FINALLY got my claim approved. He feels like an extended family member at this point. I'm extremely grateful for Manny and his team. 10/10 recommend.
View on GooglePeople in Omaha!!! This is the best Jensen tire EVER!! I noticed the loud clunking noise from back of my car..getting worse to the point that I was scared to drive!!! My regular mechanic is far so I decided to stop by Jensen tire at 47th and L street!! After they inspected they asked me if I replaced the suspension recently which I did! Manuel told me that one of bolts/nuts is missing, probably was loosening and fell out so maybe I have warranty. So I called my regular mechanic and sure enough they told me I have warranty!!! I told Manuel about that and he was so nice about it!! Told me to drive careful to get there. So I asked them how much I owed them for inspection. They did NOT charge me anything!! How great service is that!! I really had a great experience and was very impressed! The staff are very polite and kind!!! A staff in front filled me in with updates, offered me a bottle of water!! Even customers were friendly and helpful!! Good place attracts good people! So If you have a car problem I highly recommend Jensen tire 47th and L!! Especially female drivers! The staff are gentlemen!! We can trust them!! Thank you, Manuel!!! AND a front staff who was soo kind and nice..thank YOU!!! I should have asked your name!! You guys are great 👍 Thank YOU!!
View on GoogleI like the place because they open at 7:00. The people take care right away but I was waiting for like an hour just for one tire. I tell them check four of them but they didn't anyways, it was a good price. $35 valve steam but I don't know if it day check for another leaks. The paper don't say that so I hope stay for long. I will update later this post.
View on GoogleThis is a very good location. These people work with integrity and they are honest. I had brought my Ram 1500 in back in October for an alignment. It didn’t quite feel right afterwards. They took it back after 2 months and troubleshooted the issue to get to the bottom of the problem. Didn’t charge me a dime. They were very courteous. Thanks again for your service and honesty.
