Very knowledgeable crew! They have been a huge blessing between dealing with warranty companies and communicating with me through the entire process, I won't go anywhere else. Thayer and Tommy are great to work with. Highly recommend this team for all your automotive needs.
View on GoogleMy wife took her car there for an oil change, new air filter, brake light was out and to fix a damaged rim and then rotate the tires. They needed to get the rim and filter from another store, so she made an appt for 4:00 a few days later. Got there about 10 mins to 4, but they didn't get her in until after 5:00. Only to find out that they had the wrong rim, and the wrong filter. And the parts guy was on his way to another store to pick up the correct ones. In rush hour. Finally got out of there at 6:00 when they closed only for the tire to go flat on the way home! And it was the same one they fixed, in the same spot. So they didn't rotate them like they were supposed to. On a Friday. Got home, put the donut on and checked the brake light just for the hell of it. Nope, didn't replace that either. Made another appt to go back on Tuesday, again at 4:00. And again, didn't get in until after 5. If you're back to fix things that were supposedly just done a few days ago, you should not have to wait an hour after your appt! Fixed the tire, again. Replaced the brake light bulb (the guy said he replaced the wrong side the first time! Why would you not check to make sure something works after fixing it the first time??). On her way home, a tire sensor never turned off like it should have. So turned around and back she went! Ended up that the guy didn't do something in order to reset the sensor. Not so much as a "sorry for all of the inconvenience" or any kind of acknowledgement through all of this. Seems like a whole lot of incompetence at this store.

I appreciated the way he stayed professional and kept the process moving. The service felt smooth, organized, and dependable from start to finish.
View on GoogleThis was the worst experience Ive had with a mechanic. Forgot to order parts. 3 days without a vehicle when it should have been 1. They said they discounted items/services but bill ended up being more than the estimate. To top it all off, I find a massive chip on my door hinge after I get it home. Didn’t get the feeling anyone cared or knew what they were doing. 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

Jensen figured out the problem and fixed the other center's mistake in an hour. They were polite, thorough, and definitely knew what they were doing and taking about. 10 stars if i could.
