I had a great experience at Jensen Tire! They helped me tremendously when I needed a new tire, and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get it done the same day within just a couple of hours. Jesse was especially amazing to work with! He and everyone else was super nice, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the quick service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI do a lot of vehicle maintenance myself on my own cars but know my limitations. Whenever a repair is beyond my scope or I don't have the right tools for the job, Jensen is my go-to. In this instance, I replaced the front lower control arms on my wife's car and simply needed a 4-wheel alignment. They provide the service I ask for without upselling things (like filter replacements) and don't criticize or judge me for doing what I can on my own.
View on GoogleJeremy was wonderful and understanding. After I was done, I left, but my brakes were now smoking. I thought that was normal since I just had my brakes/rotors done, but I called the store anyway. They had me bring it back in. They made sure everything was OK, which it was.
