Years ago I had some issues with my truck. The service was great! There were major problems, but they informed me of the minor ones as well. The immediate concern was addressed expediently and we returned for service on the minor issues. They even replaced the light on top of the cab without charge. While I haven't needed service in some years, today I did have an interaction that stuck with me. Just a quick stop at the gas station was excellent. It's nice to see that kindness still exists. I was slow in approaching the door. I watched as three of their staff were entering. One was holding the door, and did so with a smile, even through my slowness. Thank you

Jensen has always been a trusted business for my vehicle repairs. Since our favorite manager retired a couple years ago the service has gone down hill. People are consistently changing, I can never get them to call or text the right phone number, the lack of communication is unreal, and the sense of urgency is horrible.

On my last routine maintenance ,they recommended coolant service. I deferred to later. A couple days ago, something came up with my tire pressure system. Went in to get that dealt with, but figure I might as well get an appointment set for the coolant service in a week. Guess what? They offered to take care of both the tires and coolant on a walk in!🙂 Kudos to the staff at this location! Five-star service that would be hard to come by at a dealer. In fact , I only go to the dealer when absolutely neccesary (recalls or double clutch transmissions third-party shops sometimes won't touch...). I can see a week out for an oil change with Jensen, but sometimes the dealership may have you waiting a few weeks.

I was not thrilled with my service experience. My car was there for 5 hours for a simple $105 oil change that I had a appointments for because I was trying to give them flexibility, but I specifically needed to pick it up by 3:00. When I arrived at 3:05, they hadn’t even jacked up the car yet. I ended up leaving at 3:45 because I had somewhere else to be. To make matters worse, they added an additional $8 “service” fee on top of a $105 oil change, which makes no sense considering the oil change itself was already the service. And for that price and wait time, they didn’t even provide a multi-point inspection, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Cam and Jeff really helped me out with my most recent service, and even stayed late to make sure the job got done.
