I had a new brake booster put on my truck last fall at a Jensen location, but unfortunately the part failed. Hal and Kristi made very quick work of sorting out the warranty repair and within one day I was up and running again. It's great to know that you can navigate through issues with friendly, easy and personal communication. And the fact that they don't sit on your vehicle when you need it for work is priceless. Many thanks for the terrific service.
View on GoogleThe manager had exceptional customer service. Put on my spare so I could go back to work. Ordered me a new tire and it showed up that same day so my tire was able to be fixed that same day. Plan to buy a whole new set from them before wintertime.
View on GoogleI had a simple tire leak that I needed looked at. I had no appointment, but they were able to attend to it in a very reasonable time while I waited. Simple fix. I was pleased that they honored the "no cost" for such things since I had purchased the tires there a few years ago. Nice folks.
View on GoogleThey took my concerns seriously, did a great inspection, and everything was handled without formally meeting - after hours drop off and pick up. I selected the option to be contacted before any work was performed, which they did. Hal, Howard, and Phil were very professional and communicated clearly. Front and rear brakes were addressed appropriately, fluid changed, e brake and master cylinder inspected, all for under 1k. I’m very impressed. Hopefully my truck didn’t leave a sour taste in their mouth because I have a feeling they’ll be my go to for work I shouldn’t perform on my own! Thank you Store #22!

Everything else from check in, diagnostics, to actual work went smooth. Things were explained clearly and unexpected maintenance needs were offered, but not pushed. The work was done quickly. The prices were laid out clearly and were very reasonable. I will definitely be back!
