A huge thank you to the team for taking such great care of my 2018 Silverado! My front tires were squeaking when braking, but they diagnosed the problem super fast. I really loved how they explained exactly what was happening so I could make the best decision. I got everything fixed up that same day and was out the door in a couple of hours. Fast, efficient, and some of the friendliest customer service around!

View on GoogleI can't say enough good things about Jensen Tire and Auto. I've been in twice and walked away impressed both times. My first visit was for a tire balance, and my second was to replace a tire. Both times Preston handled my service, and he set the bar for what customer service should look like — professional, honest, and genuinely efficient. He explained what was going on, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and got the work done quickly. This is a company that operates with real integrity, and that's becoming harder to find. When it's time to replace the tires on my other vehicles, Jensen is getting my business without question. If you need tire work done right by people you can trust, this is the place.
View on GoogleWasn't asked type of oil to use, just used synthetic. Not sure tires were rotated and filled as asked for in electronic appt. One was low this morning. Edit... I could be wrong but I thought all engine fluids were checked when cars are taken in for oil change? My daughter's coolant was empty! No one said anything or did anything. Oh and the tires weren't rotated nor filled. All were low. They see a young woman and do not give her the same service they give an older person. My guess is because they don't think she knows enough to care. Her parent does. I sent her to Jensen because I want her to be safe traveling home from UNL and back, traveling around Lincoln, etc. All Jensen locations have lost my business for good.
View on GoogleI’m ashamed I forgot the young mans name who helped me and later called and explained the work. The work was excellent, but how I was treated was exceptional. I drive a jeep and always take it to the dealership, but no more. There are many places who can fix something, much fewer who treat customers with respect, kindness and patience. Well done!
