Wish I remembered the two gentleman’s names who helped me. But very quick very profesional in a time where I got a flat. Got me a new tire at reasonable price. Didn’t try to upsell just did the job well, professionally, and promptly. Recommend this Jensen tire
View on GoogleWon't go back ever. I've never had brake issues before but normal wear and tear made me need new brakes. This location replaced my brakes and the first time I drove it, it smelled like the brakes were going to catch on fire. Brought it back in, they replaced them....nothing changed. They swapped out brakes 3 times. One year later, I'm replacing my brakes again. Again, never had an issue with brakes in 30 years of driving but had to replace the brakes just 1 year after driving on Jensen brakes. Won't go back.
View on GoogleEmployees were very helpful. My husband passed last July and he did all of the vehicle care at a perfectionist level. Now it's my responsibility and I am learning. The guys on duty bent over backwards to explain my van's needs and assure my safety.
View on GoogleThe sales person recommended Continental tires over the Goodyears I had before. I am very happy with the way the new tires ride and the improvement in road noise. Service was completed on time. Always have good luck with tires from Jensen.

I’ve been able to ma k e appointments and/or get in last minute quite easily. I’ve been going to this location for almost ten years, and wouldn’t go anywhere else, based on my experiences there!
