We recently took two vehicles to Jensen Tire in Gretna, and unfortunately both came back with damage. One vehicle had a broken mirror. At first, they claimed it was already cracked, but after we reviewed our photos showing it was perfectly intact beforehand, they agreed to replace it. Our truck also had its tires changed for the first time ever the tires were still factory. When we got home, we discovered that the chrome had been stripped off the edges of all four wheels. This damage was absolutely not there prior to service. When we brought it up, we were told it was a “factory defect,” which made no sense given the condition of the wheels beforehand. To make matters worse, the manager couldn’t keep a consistent explanation first saying he had never seen this happen before, then later saying it happens all the time. The conflicting stories were frustrating and didn’t inspire any confidence. We are making a formal complaint with corporate, but let’s be honest if their managers can’t be honest or take responsibility for their own incompetence, we’re not expecting much from corporate either. Overall, both vehicles were returned with damage, and the handling of the situation was extremely disappointing. We want others to be aware of our experience before choosing this location.

I was on my way home and felt my car shaking all the sudden and so I got out and all my tires seemed fine and my sensor wasn’t even going off but I could hear and feel it was something with my passenger front tire. I was still 40 min from home and luckily was able to drive my car slow to Jensen auto. I called them on the way and explained the situation and they ordered me tires and got me in right away. I didn’t expect that. They also got it done quickly and I was able to make it home the same day with not one but two new tires. I got a great price for two great tires and they moved the old ones up front and balanced them all. I am now safe on the road and ready for winter.
