Honestly the people working there were so nice and respectful. I would say the price is high for me, but I’m sure compared to other places what I paid was reasonable. I had to get my rotors and brakes replaced along with an alignment. They had some discounts going on that were applied and it definitely helped bring down that cost! It was a long wait, but they were short staffed and booked but they made sure I was well taken care of. Restrooms are clean along with the whole waiting area and they have tv playing in there. The ac is on so you won’t get hot in there. Definitely recommend. :)

Very unprofessional and very incompetent service. I was told That I needed a new sensor for my tire and the Manager Shane is trying to upsell me to buy three new sensors and get the fourth one free And paying $80 each, which would’ve cost me 240 Plus tax. And was also told the tire pressure was fine. Thank God, I got a second opinion and did not listen to this incompetent person. Once I took it to a professional tire place, they said that the sensor was fine. The tire pressure was low. And all they had to do was reset it. Thanks for wasting my time and taking a day off from work just to do a job that you guys should’ve done to begin with. I used to go to Jensen tires for my oil change, but I will not be back and definitely will make sure none of my family visits that place ever again. Try to hire better help or train people better. Complete waste of time and now I am second-guessing that the oil change was done properly. Oh, and also you forgot to put the sticker in the windshield. Don’t worry, another professional place will take care of it.

I have never gone to Jensen Automotive services. My sister recommended them. And then my other sister recommended them as well. I was having issues with a lower cooling line It was to cold , for my hands to work. So.i called a tow company. A flatbed truck hauled my 4 wheel drive there and set it down in the bay. An hour later, the job was done. A diagnosis of my transmission revealed I needed new lines, plus a new Y pipe for my radiator lines. I know who is changing my transmission and heater lines. I'll be back here soon, to have them do my work on my truck. They were very knowledgeable about my truck. And how to put a clip on.
