I am so pleased with my experiences at the 20th and Harney Jensen. Service Tech Bryan is my longtime friend and is who brought me into the shop (give him a raise!! He is a fantastic and thorough worker!) but the services I’ve received from the rest of the branch is what keeps me returning. Service manager Kenneth takes the time to explain what’re causing my symptoms and the extensive fixes necessary to fix it (I am just a girl). This last time I was helped out by Kenneth and Tyler. I drove my brakes down to the metal, and started affecting my calipers. I wrote a note when dropping off my vehicle saying what my end of line budget was for the job and Kenneth helped me stay between that. Tyler performed the job and yall the difference in my car is astounding. Like I can’t believe it was only a brake job it feels like so much more. Thank you 20th and Harney Jensen for taking great care of me and my Honda Element. Give the entire team a raise, but especially Bryan, Tyler, and Kenneth, for being awesome people. Thanks yall.

I recently visited this location and had a wonderful experience. I had a flat tire and wasn’t sure if I needed a new tire or if they could patch it up. Was welcomed in by a gentleman who I wish I remembered his name. He was so welcoming and got to work on my car right away. Christian then was manning the desk while the nice man went to the garage to work on my car. Christian was so kind and informative about tire options. Luckily they were able to patch my tire but I know now that I will be returning to this location with any car issues. I was so impressed by their kindness and assistance! Thanks again guys!

I was taken care of 2. That I understood services rendered 3. That I had peace of mind. They did a great job of being calm while I was not. In the end, I understood and my vehicle is doing great.
