Asked for a tire patch and they just plugged it. I confronted them and was told to just bring it back if it leaks. Took it to another tire shop to get a patch but they advised they wouldn't patch it because someone else already plugged it and the tire structure is compromised. Technician who worked on my car didnt seem to understand why a patch is better than a temporary plug. Would only recommend this place if you were in a time crunch because the service was quick.

I needed 4 tires and this place quoted me the best price I could find around town. Luis put my tires on and he was awesome! Super nice guy and wanted to make sure I drove out of there with good tires no matter how much digging around it took. Highly recommend this shop if you need some good tires at an affordable price.

I took in a pickup tire for a patch. It was after hours for most places, but they got me fixed up and back on the road so I could get my horse trailer (and horses) back home. Reasonable price and quick service. Highly recommend for tire patches.

I can’t express enough how thankful I am for this place. I am a single mother of 2 and needed a tire desperately. I found Florence Tires on Google and went straight there. When I got there, my kids and I were greeted with a warm welcome and straight direction on where to park the car so they could get started right away. The service was fast and friendly. The woman there was SO kind to my kids and had such great patience with my unique situation. Overall, even through the rainstorm we were in while they were changing my tire, they had us on the road in no time and with such a great price. I highly recommend this tire shop.

Friend of mine got some “work” done here and wanted a second opinion, as I’ve worked at many repair shops and know a thing or two. This place is sketchy, ain’t no other way about it. Cash only, front desk help was on her phone the whole time we were in the office and dismissed our inquiries because “the boss only knows.” Horrid. Friend drove his vehicle away and now I’m working on it 😁
