I had a pretty simple need for my Audi Q5: just needed an oil change and tire rotation, but also needed some help with an electrical connection outlet in my car. I dropped it off right when they opened and had my car back–oil changed, tires rusted, outlet functioning–all cleaned up and smelling good, within a couple of hours. Very easy to work with. They documented the work well and helped me understand what I could do on my next visit. Kind people, and I'll definitely be going back the next time my Audi needs some work.

They solved my problem in 2 hours that I spent 2 weeks trying to figure out. 2 shops said no thank you before them, vw couldn’t do it. I gave up hope 😂. I was so close, but stoked for smart car people existing that were able to finish the project. Car is back on the road for continued happy dog rides

I seriously love these guys so much!!! Having a VW, it has been so hard to find a reliable shop to go to. I’ve been able to find upgrades to my wheels, interior parts etc. for very reasonable prices. They seriously will do anything to try & get you what you need. I have never trusted a shop more, especially Mike, as I do coming here. It means a lot to me all that they have helped with and how much they have gone out of their way to provide prices that show fairness for the consumer. I ran around like a crazy person for a sun visor, my jaw was on the ground to find how much they actually run for. They helped right away and I’m back to using my mirror way too much. ✨💄 Spencer is also so kind and very professional, just solid people setting a standard where people lack trust by default. Check them out, I’m positive you’ll see what I mean. Thank you again!
