I had a fantastic experience at Exclusive Repair West, and Jeremy and John made the entire process outstanding from start to finish. Jeremy took the time to explain the services I requested and answered all of my questions without any pressure. His communication, professionalism, and honesty were outstanding. John performed an incredibly thorough inspection on my Honda Pilot. They found a few additional items that needed attention, fixed a couple of small issues at no charge, and explained everything clearly. I never felt pressured into repairs I didn't need. The biggest surprise came when I opened the hood after I got home. They had cleaned my engine compartment without me asking and at no additional charge. It honestly looked like a brand-new vehicle. That level of attention to detail really impressed me. If you own a Honda or Acura, do yourself a favor and check out Exclusive Repair. Their knowledge, customer service, attention to detail, and pricing are outstanding. Jeremy and John have definitely earned my trust, and they've gained a customer for life. Highly recommended!

I take all of my vehicles here. And I buy only Honda and Acuras, so that I can ensure that my vehicles are always maintained in tip top condition. They are fast, flexible, reliable, and honest. Nate and Jorge are always friendly and work hard to be responsive to our needs. The waiting room is great, too. Keep up the great work, guys!
View on GoogleThese guys are absolutely top-notch!!! my car suffered the ill fated head gasket issue on the 1.5 Honda engine, after talking to other shops, including Honda dealerships it was clear that exclusive repair was the best option in town! Clear communication , transparent pricing, friendly employees, quick turn-around!! Jeremy at the west location was super responsive as well and when I went to pick up my car, like most curious men, i was graciously given a quick tour of the shop which was a clean and orderly space that's tells you everything you need to know about the care they put into their work. A man who maintains his workspace and tools is also a man who takes pride in their work!! Not to mention the added warranty on their workmanship!! Thanks a ton for being so great!

My Honda Accord needed fuel injectors replaced and it seemed like every other service place was either overpriced or booked up for weeks. Exclusive Repair was able to get the work done very quickly at a reasonable price. They were transparent and their communication was excellent. They are a great example of how a business should be run.
