They are transparent about costs and clearly explain what needs to be done. I especially appreciate their regular check-ins and updates, even when there isn’t new information to share - it really helps provide peace of mind. They also handle the coordination with insurance and the rental car company, which takes a lot of stress off the client. It’s the small details that can easily get overlooked, but that never happens when they’re on your team. Thank you to Denny, Darin, and the entire team for making everything go so smoothly. Oh! And my car looks great! :)

I was dealing with a difficult company who was responsible for the damages to my vehicle and they helped me navigate that situation so that I was taken care of and my vehicle was back to the condition it was in before the other company damaged it. I have used them several times in the past and have always been satisfied and taken care of. Darin is outstanding and his communication and updates are unmatched.

They were professional and had great attention to detail and were able to get the car in the very next week. When they said it was going to be done, the car was done. The professionals at Don and Ron’s also worked closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was followed appropriately as required by regulations. And most of all it looks amazing. Thank you so much for making a bad situation go smoothly!
