Won't be going back. Dropped off a leaf blower for work. Six weeks later, it wasn't done. I doubt anyone associated with this business will read this so just talking to the void on this one. It gets two stars because walking into the place reminds me of my grandfather's workshop. I'm a sucker for nostalgia.

View on GoogleSteer clear of this place. A week after I dropped my mower off, I called to get an update. Was told it was second in line to be repaired. A week later, I called again and was told it was third in line to be repaired. When I asked for a more specific time table, Denny got very rude and argumentative. When I pointed out my mower had already been there for two weeks and i was just trying to figure out when it was going to be done, he said "how about another two weeks?" I hung up and drove to pick up my mower to take it somewhere else.
View on GoogleBeware. We thought this seemed like a regular friendly family owned business. But then, the guy couldn't fix our 1 year old snow blower. He was about to order parts to "fix" it when we realized he wasn't an authorized repair service for our warranty. We took it to Ace Hardware who is an authorized warranty repairman and they fixed it by simply cleaning the carburetor (something Denny's said they already did and we paid him for as well). No additional parts were actually needed. So we ended up paying twice for the same carburetor cleaning because Denny's didn't do something right. We did call Denny's and ask him to make it right and refund our money, but he refused. Any family owned small business worth its weight knows to keep its customers happy. So go here at your own peril. Or just go down the street to Ace Hardware in Elkhorn where they fix things right the first time without delays and ordering unnecessary parts.
View on GoogleI'm gonna do this guy a favor. Don't take your business here, he can't handle it. After waiting a month and a half for a simple tune-up and blade sharping on my lawn mower, I decided to stop by and check up on it. After waiting for him to return from his 2 hour lunch... I'm serious.. He tells me it has not been done and told me it won't be done either. He replied he he has 70 machines waiting to be worked on. Thanks for wasting my time Denny, maybe knock that 2 hour lunch down to 1 hour and get caught up
