I brought my altima in after having transmission issues after previous fixes had not corrected the issues. It turns out a rodent had chewed through some wires and it was an inexpensive fix. I have heard there are known issues with these transmissions and was expecting bad news. I am very grateful they are an honest shop. They could have easily told me i needed a lot more work done and I would have had no clue. Austin was great to work with. Thanks everybody you have earned my future business.

If you have car issues, especially transmission issues, stop searching for a good place to take your car and go here! I had to get a completely new transmission in my Silverado and Jeff and Austin made the entire process pain free with excellent customer service. Very helpful with diagnosing the issue, explaining the fix and cost, and were extremely quick to repair and send me on my way with what feels like a brand new truck! Can't recommend this location enough!

I just wanted to thank Austin and the crew at certified transmission. I brought in a Lexus RX 350 needing a front CV axle replacement. It took longer than expected for them to pull the old axle because my car had 130 thousand miles on it and it was rusted in. They stood by their original quote. Overall, it was great experience. I recommend this shop for any drive train work on your vehicle.

I had a great experience! Car issues give me anxiety. I had no power steering and my car started tugging at low speeds. I dropped my car off after hours and the technician called me in the morning. I got a diagnosis for $100 (cheaper than I thought), it was pretty reasonable. But I wanted to take my car to another shop to get my power steering diagnose, just to see if it was worth fixing everything (I have a 2012 Mazda 3i). They kept my ticket open and were extremely communicative the entire time. I decided to get it all fixed. While they were fixing it, they ask me if I had gotten my CV axel replaced recently (I had in April 2025 at Christian Brothers Automotive). They told me that Christian Brothers had put a CV Axel in that was too small. All of the fluid was just leaking (causing a ton of my issues). They replaced it and took videos, gave me the old part back and everything I needed to take it back to Christian Brothers for a refund. I highly recommend them! I mainly spoke with Austin and he was completely professional, nice and the kind of professional you would want to trust your car with.
