Absolutely blown away at the quality of service in a time of need. They replaced our front brakes quickly with excellent service beyond our expectations. The employees and owner are very helpful and professional. We are forever thankful and grateful for Car-Tech that has the work ethic and integrity to treat customers right.
View on GoogleWife had an AC problem on her Lincoln Nautilus. We took it to Car-Tech because it was close and had good reviews. They agreed to look at it even though they were very busy. Later that day, Shannon called to say he could not find anything wrong with the car. He had test driven it, and let run while parked. No issues could be found. 🤷 We picked the car up today, and they refused to charge us since they couldn't find anything wrong. I argued that they had spent time and used their expertise to check it over and they should at least charge me a diagnostic fee. They again refused. I dropped a couple $20's on the counter and told them I'd at least buy lunch! It's a pleasure to know there are businesses like this around. If you need something done, please give them a try!

I’ve been struggling for the longest time with my headlight always going on and off with no answers. I really appreciate the details and explanation of what was wrong with it after my car was inspected, which was far more than just the bulb. Prices and options were discussed and overall my car was able to be done the same day. I feel confident driving my car again without stressing about the issue and I trust I can come back here again for any future problems. Thank you again.
View on GoogleI made the rookie movie of trying to diagnose the problem myself ahead of time, but when I dropped my car off, Shannon explained that it was likely to be something easier/cheaper. He could have taken me for hundreds just by doing what I requested, but instead he focused on fixing the actual issue and nothing else. His diagnosis and repair took just a few hours and cost a fraction of what I had feared I was on the hook for. I'm pretty pumped to have found a trust-worthy and capable mechanic right in my own neighborhood. This was my first visit to their garage, but I'll definitely be back! Thanks Shannon and crew!
View on GoogleCalled car tech because my radiator was leaking like a four month old puppy. He said bring it right in. I’ll get you a radiator sent from no other than the NAPA auto parts and got it switched out for me within two hours and got me back on the road. Highly recommend.
