Had my car, which was overheating on the freeway, towed to this location on the recommendation of a friend. Everyone from Jackson to Curt made this a positive experience. There was always communication from the team, and the service was performed very quickly (diagnostics, part ordered, and service all complete within 30 hours). My car had to sit on the property for an additional night because I was unprepared for how fast they would get the work done. Probably most important-no surprises or "gotcha" pricing. Other relevant things: lock box for keys for after-hours pick up is secure, over-the-phone payment option is safe, transparent and detailed invoice available. Even though this location is not convenient to where I live, I'll return here for future services which is saying something because I usually choose convenience over anything else.
