Certified Transmission

Last year we had a transmission replaced by Certified Transmissions and could not be happier with the service, cost and professionalism of their staff. We had a situation with something not related to the work they performed. We are a service company and our van is crucial to our business. They were able to have us back on the road within hours. Their facility is extremely clean and easy for customers while they wait, the staff is above board on all interactions with them. they deserve more than 5 stars.

I have a 2001 Volvo v70 Xc, practically a member of the family. Nathan and Rick from certified transmission were Knowledgeable: were able to quickly diagnose the issue and thoroughly explain their quote. Kind and respectful: could tell how well loved and maintained my Volvo is and showed that in their communications Followed through: when my car was returned to me they checked in multiple times to make sure things were running smoothly All in all, they did great work!

I have a collision shop across the street and this is who we trust to not only do our own cars, but also my customers cars and I can be confident that the work is not only done correctly, but I can safety warranty it as well. I brought my car in for an inspection because I thought my car might be having transmission issues. The inspection technician Oscar was able to find that I have an exhaust leak and *not* transmission problems. Instead of trying to upsell or swindle me, they gave me a detailed write up of their inspection and findings and then referred me to a nearby shop that can help with the exhaust issue. Dana in the office was super nice and helpful with the checking out process and made certain I had everything I needed on their report to be able to get my problem addressed at another shop with ease. Thank you! 10/10 service. And bonus - the inspection was discounted because of a special they have going on in the month of Jul!

Everyone in the shop, from the front counter up to the manager, treated us with respect and courtesy. They went way out of their way to get my truck done before an upcoming trip and treated us like old friends. The job was finished a day or two earlier than they had estimated, and the quality of the new transmission is far better than stock. I'm super happy knowing that if anything goes wrong, they'll fix it, and I trust them to keep their promise. I'd recommend Certified Transmission to everyone who needs work on their vehicle.
