My family has purchased two trucks over the years from tailgate motor company on South broad St from Brian. He has always been there to help find us the right truck for our needs. Dylan, Rider, Andrew (nice beard), & Brian were great to work with on the 1992 Jeep Wrangler 306,xxx miles on it. I had some concerns, but they stepped up and had a part delivered to the dealership prior to us finalizing the deal. It was past their closing time and Dylan stayed and finalize the deal and had all the paperwork ready to go. I am not someone who likes to fill out forms. Dylan is very knowledgeable on all the different forms that we needed to fill out. Dylan made that process very smooth and easy for me. Dylan shared several pictures & video upon my request. Dylan & Rider were very helpful in helping me figure out a lot of the different things on this 1992 Jeep Wrangler. My only experience with a Jeep Wrangler is we rented one when we were in Maui several years ago. I live over two hours away and did not want to make the trip unless it was what we were looking for. Dylan answered a lot of questions and was very very helpful in helping us in first steps on a project that I am working on to give a family member a ride in the open air since becoming wheelchair bound a few years ago. God willing this project will be used to give hope and a smile on several people‘s faces. I asked for some T-shirts for our grandchildren, and Dylan was happy to accommodate. Fantastic work by Brian, Dylan, and the team behind the scenes! Brian was awesome to work with as I inquired about the 2018 Toyota Tacoma for my security company. He made us feel like family and worked to get a great price on the truck. Dylan did a fantastic job getting the paperwork done and helping us close on the Tacoma.
