Peterson repaired our Cadillac after it was hit in right rear door and fender. We were unhappy with the poor quality of the work and they volunteered to re-work the door and paint it at their expense. When we got the car back, the color of the door is not even close to the rest of the car. VERY unsatisfactory. In my opinion, this is a well intentioned but schlock operation.

View on GoogleTook vehicle in for repair due to hit and run. Will admit they did a great job repairing the damage and returning it to perfect condition. Great work However, was very very dissatisfied with the after repair cleanup. I've had vehicles repaired before at other body shops and when completed and returned to me yhe vehicle was cleaner than when I took it in. The body shop I had previously taken my vehicles to washed, vacuumed, and wiped down inside dash and cleaned windows before returning to me. I decided to give Petersons Body Shop a try as had read reviews and although they did good work they left my vehicle very dusty with paint /sanding dust all over vehicle and inside vehicle. I went to car wash and when I turned on air vents white dust come out of the vents. I ended up spending over an hour cleaning the inside of my vehicle wiping the dust away, vacuuming and cleaning the windows and vents. Had to remove the cabin filter and even vacuum that rather than go buy a nothwr brand new one as that was just replaced a month ago. So basically is what I'm saying is yea they may do good work but they are very lousy at returning your vehicle in good clean condition. That was the first and last time I will take my vehicle to them for repairs. As I was looking closer at my vehicle I observed one more thing that really upset as I had to scrape it off. On the left side which is side that was repaired I was polishing the bumper when I observed white droplets of paint on the left side of bumper. Ended up having to carefully scrape the spots off and then polish and buff the bumper. Once again very disappointed in post repair work cleanup.
