I chose p&l automotive for their confidence in being able to do the custom exhaust work. After I had paid and left and saw what they actually did I tried reaching back out to see if they could clean up the work or at the very least actually attach the pipe to the stock tip. I was met with negative attitude and they said that they didn’t have the proper pipe bender to get the proper oval on there. That was never a concern when I first inquired about this job. Not only dose this not look like a $200 job but they refused to even consider trying to do a better job. Never again will I trust them with even a simple oil change if they can’t properly communicate with their customers. I’ve never been so let down by a shop in my life. Don’t trust this shop with custom work at all. They’ll tell you your wrong no matter what.

Most recently Paul got our SUV in within a week, they had a plan within an hour and it was good to go within 5 hours. My vehicle is running like a charm again and the price was very reasonable. We always have and always will recommend P&L Automotive!
View on GoogleTook my Subaru to them to fix a leak in the rear. Told me that they cleaned It and it was fine. Continued to leak. Saw all doors open at 5:10 on Friday and stopped to see when I could bring it back. I was told they were closed and they could do nothing for me. I said I just wanted to see when I should bring it back in and was told again they were closed and to call Monday to make an appointment. Extremely rude gentleman then turned his back on me and walked away with another customer. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone and wouldn't give them any stars if This wasn't the lowest rating.
View on GoogleI do not recommend this place. Sure, he may SEEM great, but it's just a huge rip off. I brought my car in for a NEW RF control arm. He had my vehicle for an entire day, and all he did was take out the bolts, grease them, and put them right back in. I paid $220 for GREASE! Ridiculous! Do you know what that fixed? Absolutely nothing! And this was not the first time this sort of thing has happened here. Such a huge waste of money for nothing at all. Good mechanics are hard to come by... this is not one.
