Overall good service fixed my problem with my vehicle, as a prior mechanic I scoured the thing and went home and checked a few torque specs, and 3/4 met standards, 1 only slightly off by less than 5 foot pounds. One minor issue but willing to resolve. So a 4.6 of 5 from an honest mechanic. I didn’t check every bolt but also had a follow up call to triple check something… great follow up thanks.

View on GoogleThe lady i spoke to over the phone about parking was fairly snappy and had an attitude, i almost cancelled the appointment if it wasn’t for the fact i have 2 kids under 3 and NEEDED a tire to get to work and daycare pickup that day, once inside the building i had requested the technician look at all tires as to save me time coming back in a few months in case any other tires had holes or bad tread, was told all tires looked good. paid for my one damaged one and was sent on my way almost 1.5 hours later. not even a day later i look at a different tire and the tread is almost completely gone, it would’ve taken them an extra minute to look and tell me and they could’ve simply booked another appointment there OR saved us all time and put another one on quickly. Instead i was given a quick fix, and sent on my way. i’ve came to Jensen a few times and am usually satisfied, but, i was pretty disappointed this time around
View on GoogleI came in today from out of state with a leak in my rental car tire and I was met with the most incredible customer service one could ask for. They had me in and out in no time and even helped me with dealing with my rental company who has been less than friendly to deal with. It can be scary breaking down our of state and away from home but thank you Jensen team for all of your help and your professionalism! When I move to this area I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my friends!
View on GoogleDid a great job on my vehicle. Didn’t try to over sell a more expensive tire that had minimal improvements from the tires I purchased at 1/3 more cost. They just gave me the cost and the differences and no pressure on which to pick.
