If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have junk cars that don’t run half the time. And when there’s something wrong with the car that you’re leasing and making payments on they refuse to fix the problem. Took the car back over a year ago. And now they want money for it. Horrible!!!
View on GoogleIf I could rate less I would. I have had 3 cars from them. The first one i financed. I brought it in 11 days later to ask about a problem and they said it was safe. The engine blew out 6 days later. The second one I also financed. I put in over $6000 worth of work in a little over a year. The third one I bought cash down and 6 weeks later the engine blew out again. Overall their customer service is also trash. When I came into look at the cars he asked me if my father was going to sign the paperwork. (My father was not with me.) When I came into buy the third car I had my friend who is an immigrant. They wouldn’t look either of us in the eye and was making a fuss about us test driving the car.

View on GoogleEXTREMELY rude and wouldnt even get off the phone long enough to even discuss anything with us. Told us if we didnt have $1500 down he wasnt going to help us. Well I definitely had that but after the way he treated us I wasnt going to even consider give this place my business. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've referred a lot of people here but after today, I'll never think twice about stopping here and I'll refer people to tailgate motors. They were over the top happy to help and I was able to drive home a GOOD used vehicle for a VERY reasonable price.
