This was my first visit to OrthoNebraska and was I pleasantly surprised. It is on a patient-focused level comparable to the Mayo clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. The entire visit was timely, courteous with a feeling of genuine concern from the staff, and inspired a quick sense of confidence in their ability to manage my shoulder issue. Dr. Buzzell was very personable, professional and I am looking forward to having him fix my problem.

View on GoogleCalled yesterday to receive records for an appointment I just attended. I was sent to voice mail, women called me back an told me I couldn't get MY OWN RECORDS, that the records where sent to the one that requested the appointment and I couldn't have them. When I made ot clear they where my records an im entitled to them being the patient, she again told me she would have to get permission to give me MY RECORDS. I asked for a supervisor an was sent to another mailbox. I contacted Nebraska medical board an was informed to email the company for my records so I had it in writing. When I called back I got put in a generic que with a diffrent facility with lady who was very much more informed with the legality of the law about record blocking. She apologized sent me a link to obtain my records an said she would pass the information over to the head at the troubled facility. Never in my life have I been denied my own records to say I was dumbfounded would be an understatement.
View on GoogleHad a post follow-up appointment with Dr. Thompson. First impression of clinic was quite impressive. All personnel was professional and pleasant. Wait time was at a minimum which I liked. Dr. Thompson was professional and approachable (puts the patient at ease). He looked at my foot and explained the healing process. OrthoNebraska is, in my opinion the BEST medical facility in the Omaha and surrounding area. From the first visit to the last, always satisfied.
