My recent experience there was nothing short of fantastic, and it’s a perfect example of why I love to support businesses in our community. John went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating a level of kindness and helpfulness that made a significant difference. The entire team at Mooresville Service Center clearly takes pride in their work, and their dedication to their customers shines through. I was in North Carolina hanging with my parents and my check engine light had come on so I made an appointment at the Kia dealership and asked my father to give me a ride back during the appointment. He suggested that instead I should take my vehicle to his favorite shop and so I trusted him. Boy am I glad I did! I have a 2019 Kia Sportage with 371,851 miles and counting. That is not a typo. The check engine light had come on and even though I read the code with a reader I still needed some diagnostics to decide her fate. These guys gave me exactly what I needed and explained to me exactly what they discovered in precisely the way I needed it explained to me. First off Rick was the one who called me and explained what they had discovered. At pickup I also had a long conversation with John and I must say this is my new favorite service center in North Carolina. My parents are in their 80's and I'm happy that they've found a place that they trust as well. I have an engineering background and in addition I have extensive knowledge of cars and engine components and so forth from hanging with my buddy as he worked at the local Chevron Station as a mechanic. For many years he worked on all of our vehicles, friends and family, and I watched or "helped" in small ways. These guys were right in line with what I expected and after our discussions my confidence in these guys rose by leaps and bounds. If I lived anywhere near Mooresville, North Carolina this would definitely be my go-to place. Thanks guys. And thank you for taking such good care of my parents as well.

My family and I have been a customer for over 15 years. Rick and his team always provide excellent service at a fair price. There have been times I’ve needed immediate help and they are always kind and willing to help. John and front end staff are always polite and professional. A year ago we moved from Mooresville to Statesville and we still bring our cars to Mooresville Service Center. I highly recommend this company for any car repairs and servicing. 🎉🎉🎉

The only place I trust. Mark, Stinson, John and Sue are amazing and centered around satisfaction and work they guarantee. I always feel like family, not a customer. I send my friends and family to them because their work is phenomenal and reasonably priced. You don't get the filter needed every time, but instead an honest evaluation prior to work. Beware of this place. They will absolutely over charge and take advantage of you. They wanted to charge me almost $1100 to change four coil packs and do an oil change. Thankfully I knew how simple that was. I spent less than $300 on parts and oil and it took an hour to do it myself. They’re also very unfriendly which is surprising since they’re making a ton of money taking advantage of people.
