C and J Tire and Auto Repair

I must say my first experience was an awesome experience. I have driven past this place so many times and didn't realize it was there. Unfortunately, I had a slow leak, so I search for a location near me and found C & J. I was hoping for a simple tire plug with a quick in and out visit. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I needed a new tire. Long story short the the business was clean and welcoming. The staff was courteous and super nice. They went beyond measure to accommodate me within reason, and it was much appreciated considering all I had going on. The prices are reasonable in comparison to competitors, I will be returning soon. So if you are in need of the services they provide, I recommend checking them out.

I was a little skeptical at first, but the people are very understanding, efficient, and know their stuff! So I told my Daughter about the and she also went to them for her car care and was very happy with the service. Just give them a try, you will like them and soon trust them wit your vehicle! Oh, and they DO NOT try to get to do anymore than wat you ask for, unless you ask.

Horrible experience. Knew needed brakes all around but not expecting amateur hour. Brakes were installed along with a new master cylinder. At the same time I was told that I needed a new power booster by the owner. Point blank said it was defective. Next day, Friday, at pick up I was told the owner was away on vacation and that the job was complete using the old power booster. Somehow it got better overnight, low and behold they couldn't source a new one right away. But wait, there's more. Over the weekend the master cylinder poops the bed and I'm awash in power steering fluid (photos). Fast forward to Monday, now they determine the master cylinder was defective and replace it. Btw, master cylinders come with fluid for the express purpose of ascertaining that there aren't any seal or other manufacturing defects. Offered no offset to my having to get Black's tire (fortunately open on Saturday) diagnose the issue. But wait, there's more...Now Tuesday, the brakes lock up. Manage to return the vehicle, no thanks to CJ, and of course the owner is on vacation all week. They will not allow me to, or have him contact me, bless their hearts. But wait, there's more. For the Coup de Gras, a new diagnosis...we just discovered your calipers and hoses are defective and will need another thou+ to fix my brakes. Did not even mention if the pads or rotors were scoured or impacted. Now come to find out that the mechanic either removed or neglected to put on the plastic cap on the front of the master cylinder, get this, twice. The rubber sleeve detached from the master cylinder body causing the failure, twice! There is nothing wrong with the calipers or hoses. Pics of all the above and what right looks like. Just want to shout-out C&J. I have been going here for over 13 years. They've never done me wrong, and give me affordable and timely servicing every time. Even today when they were slammed, they got me in and out faster and cheaper than the corporate shop near my house. Only ever owned two vehicles, but they alone have taken care of them for me.

i reached out initially to get a quote for an alignment. i was quoted by james $128 after taxes. he was super friendly and helpful and promised my car be done no later than end of day. they don't do appointments, only walk ins. i came in on a thursday afternoon and was in and out within an hour. the lady at the front was super friendly and helpful. they also offer free coffee and drinks for $1. they do offer military discounts on oil changes and other services, but not alignments. i was super happy with the service provided, the professionalism of the staff, and pricing. would definitely come again in the future.
