Rapid Tire Exchange

These people tried to take advantage of me. I go in there because I got a flat. They said their cheapest tire was $180. I said no thanks. I asked them how much to put the spare on? They said $10.80. While putting the spare on magically my lug is broken. That’s another $80. There is nothing wrong with the lug! They tried to get over on me because I’m from far away going far away. Classless!

Stopped in because my tire pressure sensor was showing really low pressure on one of my tires. Turns out there was a nail in my tire. They fixed it without a long wait. They were nice, the waiting area was clean. I will definitely use them again.

Got my tires put on, but a front end alignment my steering wheel should be straight. I was told to have Mechanic to unbolt and turn. That didn't work wrong still on otherside. Went back, and was told I got to pay again. No thank you. Sorry for wasting my time.

Had the best experience here. I got a nail stuck in my tire halfway through my 12 hour road trip to go see my family with my fiancé and dog. I was upset because this was my second nail in that same tire in the past 24 hours and I had called so many places that could not get me in. I am not familiar with this area and was referred to this place and they got me in ASAP and let me bring my dog inside while we had to wait! Immediately felt so relieved and it was a super fast process! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank y’all so much!!!!
